(1) Cutting and shaping the pipe...

(2) All the pipes done and mounted to the back board...
|
|
|
|
(3) 20mm Conti-board inserts and start of filleting...
|
|
|
|
(4) Base 'joints' faired off and the top cover template and the 'car builders friend' in the background :-)
|
|
|
|
(5) Progress! Top cover cut and glued, the engine mount tubes 'faired off' and a layer of tissue applied...
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
(6) And even more, first coat of gel...
