(1) CAD Version.

(3) New boot panel plug.

(4) Final shape & resin'd up - Round 1.

Side pod finishing - I hope... In 9 parts:
(1) Really weird & nasty primer/filler stuff.
|

(2) 600, 800, 1200 & 1500 wet and flippin dry later!
|
|
|

(3) The Tee-Cut version, Hmmmm, glossy.
|
|
(4) Ten coats of wax later... the Gelcoat and mat goes on.
|
|
|
|
(5) Glassed-in support frame.
|
|
|
|
|
|
(6) Off the plug.
|
|
|
|
|
(7) And polished ready for waxing.
|
|
|
|
(8) 'Modifying' the mould supports.
|
|
|
|
(9) And finally. Until the Carbon items anyway...
