Parts & Components For Sale Issues

Any parts or components that you buy from me are not supplied with any warranty what so ever (implied or explicit), they worked for me but if they break or they break something on your car etc, you did not use or fit them correctly - so it's your fault not mine. If you don't like or understand this disclaimer - don't buy anything... Simple :-)

All images held within this site are either owned by their respective companies/organisations (and are acknowledged) or are my property and may not be used in any form elsewhere without express permission in writing. Long story short - don't steal things.

All designs (engineering, web, CAD or graphic) held within this site are either owned by the original manufacturer/designer (and are acknowledged) or are my intellectual property and may not be used without express permission in writing. So again, don't steal things - That's twice, so no excuses.

Talk to me first and as long as you don't plan to use my property/designs for commercial gain I may say "OK"... You never know.

If there are images/designs on this site that are owned by other companies/organisations/individuals and are not credited, please contact me and I will either amend the credit details or remove the item.

Speed limits / The law etc etc

Any excursions outside of nationally mandated speed limits are conducted on race circuits, airfields or other private venues that are arranged by reputable companies/organisations and so: Any comments by myself that indicate that I have or am thinking of breaking any laws with regard to the Road Traffic Act (and associated acts) are of course falsehoods, lies and fabrications on my part and should not be taken as fact. So, if you work in law enforcement, the Insurance Industry or indeed are a concerned member of the public...
